Moto G6 users in the US should get ready for Android 9.0 Pie update

Motorola has recently developed a habit of discreetly rolling out software updates for its Android-powered smartphones, casually publishing full release notes for major OS makeovers like build 9.0 on the company’s official support webpages instead of making noise on social media or composing boastful blog posts.

That’s how we found out about the stable Android Pie goodies delivered to the Moto G6 Plus a little over a month back, followed by the Moto Z3 not long ago, and now the “regular” Moto G6.
